the EOSINT laser-sintering machine.
This machine will benefit all aspects of our customers needs from concept prototyping to time to market product launch.

EOSINT is the only system in the world that processes steel and other metal powders using metal
laser-sintering. Creating metal parts direct from CAD data.
This system produces parts as tool inserts as well as prototypes
and final products automatically, in just a few hours and without requiring any tooling.
Layer by layer, even the most complex parts can be created-with excellent mechanical properties, high detail resolution and very good surface quality.
Laser-sintering is an efficient choice for ensuring the quickest route from product idea to market launch.
Rapid product development with laser-sintering technology accelerates simultaneous engineering.

EOSINT System

Dong-In has three 3D printing machines operated by FDM(Fused Deposition Modeling) system and they have been installed both in Korea and Philippines.
We can review our own designs and customer designs before finalizing the final specifications by 3D printing machine and it makes us be able to proceed with lots of designs precisely and quickly.
The 3D printing machine is also available with various raw materials like ABS, TPU and the maximum available height is 420mm.
