What is Internal Hotline System?
| This system is designed to facilitate the reporting and communication of various complaints and suggestions that employees have, as well as violations of laws, regulations, internal rules and the Code of Ethics. Through the system, we aim to perform transparent management and guide our employees to do their work in a healthy workplace. |

What to Report
| ① Actions violating the Company's Code of Conduct and internal rules ② Misconducts, illegal and criminal behaviors in connection with an employee's duties ③ Illegal or improper directions to other employees or external stakeholders using one’s position ④ Actions that are recognized as social injustice, such as sexual harassment and workplace bullying ⑤ Anything that is likely to happen related to each of the above paragraphs ⑥ Other complaints, suggestions, matters that needs improvement, etc. |

Protecting Whistleblowers
Internal Hotline System protects whistleblowers in the following ways
| ① Protecting the confidentiality of whistleblowers - We prohibit disclosing or implying the identity of whistleblowers without their consent.. ② Protecting the position of whistleblowers - If an employee is penalized for whistleblowing, we will prioritize reinstating to the former position, transferring or reassigning the employee. ③ Protecting the safety of whistleblowers - We protect whistleblowers from threats to their safety. |
